When to Refer a Student: A student should be referred to the Student Assistance Team if they exhibit academic or behavioral issues, whether they are under performing or performing exceptionally. Referrals can come from universal screenings, recommendations by parents or staff, or other relevant information indicating a need for additional educational support.
